Short Term Grant by Bayreuth Humboldt Centre for Dr. Maxim Vlasov
Research stay in our group - German-Russian collaboration beyond our Travelling Seminars
Dr. Vlasov, Institute of High Temperature Electrochemistry of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, received a Short Term Grant by the University of Bayreuth Centre of International Excellence "Alexander von Humboldt" in order to stay with our group in Bayreuth for up to three weeks. Via the pair distribution function technique, we want to get structural insight into ion-conducting layered oxides for electrochemical applications.
Dr. Vlasov and I have been co-organizing the Travelling Seminars since 2017, a German-Russian summer school on the topic of nanomaterials and large-scale research facilities.
